Chen did an awesome job from start to finish. He advised us all the way. Realizing that we hired him because it’s his job to know steps we should take we listened and took his advice. Chen was always willing to listen to our concerns or ideas and gave us choices. We took his advice and our house sold only being on the market for like 2days!!! On top of that we got over 2k over our asking price and Chen was able to move up the closing so we didn’t have to make extra bank payments.
